California opens to the door to more voter fraud with new motor voter law
California’s Governor had a busy weekend, breaking out his pen and signing nearly two dozen bills into law. Most of them centered on the voting process in the Golden State, but while liberals are taking a victory lap there are hints that these maneuvers are going to signal trouble down the line. The big ticket item in the legislative package was the “New Motor Voter Law.” This brainstorm will make voter registration automatic for any person receiving a new driver’s license or renewing an existing one.

Yes, Really: 141 Counties Have More Registered Voters Than People Alive
The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) has put 141 counties on notice across the United States that they have more registered voters than people alive. PILF has sent 141 statutory notice letters to county election officials in 21 states. The letters are a prerequisite to bringing a lawsuit against those counties under Section 8 of the federal National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).

Dead and Registered: Clarke County, MS, Sued for Having More Voters Than Live Citizens
Being dead may not necessarily disqualify you from voting this year in Mississippi. That’s because some voter rolls in the Magnolia State contain more people registered to vote than people who are alive.
The dismal state of voter rolls in many Mississippi counties not only facilitates voter fraud, it violates federal law. Take Clarke County, for example: according the United States Census, in March 2015 Clarke County had 12,646 registered voters — despite having a voting-age population of only 12,549.
That’s a registration rate of over 100 percent. That’s not only implausible, it’s impossible.

Schlafly Report: The Real Immigration Issue Is Jobs
May 2015 (Snip) - The United States has accepted two new immigrants for each additional job created since 2000, according to federal data, and expert witnesses have testified that once the amnestied illegals are given Social Security numbers and driver’s licenses, there is no way to stop them from registering to vote. --It’s not news that the Democrat party, led by Barack Obama, hopes to encourage many grateful illegal aliens to vote in support of big liberal government in the next Presidential election and beyond.

One of Eight Voter Registrations Is Flawed, James O’Keefe Shows
Filmmaker James O’Keefe has yet again demonstrated just how vulnerable our election system is to fraud.
A Pew Center on the States study in 2012 found that one out of eight voter registrations is inaccurate, out-of-date, or a duplicate. Some 2.8 million people are registered in two or more states, and 1.8 million registered voters are dead.

850 voters in NYC are officially 164 years old
A single Bronx voter listed in official records as being 164 years old led Board of Elections officials to review their files — where they turned up another 849 New Yorkers who were supposedly alive when Abe Lincoln was president.

If they're dead, then who voted?
Francis J. DeGregory was a World War II Army veteran who served in the Battle of the Bulge. He died in 2008 and is interred at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery. Dara Welty was an aspiring opera singer and La Jolla native who died of a blood clot during a visit to Bolivia in 1998, at 22. Both went on to vote — repeatedly — in San Diego County elections, records show. They remain registered to vote to this day, DeGregory as a Republican and Welty as a Democrat. Amid a national debate about whether states should pass new laws to curb voter fraud, U-T Watchdog found their cases in a review of county elections data.

McDaniel’s backers refile poll books lawsuit
JACKSON — A federal lawsuit seeking voter records has been refiled in Mississippi’s southern district federal court. Texas group True the Vote and 22 Mississippi residents refiled their lawsuit Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Jackson against Mississippi Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann and the state Republican Party. The new version of the suit adds election commissions in Copiah, Hinds, Jefferson Davis, Lauderdale, Leake, Madison, Rankin, Simpson and Yazoo counties. The plaintiffs say federal law requires authorities to release voting rolls and poll books without erasing voters’ personal information. They also say the law doesn’t allow fees for redaction, saying at least one county wanted to charge $1,400.

Liberal Star Tribune Discovers Vote Fraud in Democrat vs Democrat Primary
Voter fraud is so rare “you’re more likely to get hit by lightning than find a case of prosecutorial voter fraud,” according to Judith Browne-Dianis, co-director of the liberal Advancement Project. Apparently lightning has struck very hard in a local primary election according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune whose only real reference to voter fraud in the past two years was to reprint a St. Louis Post-Dispatch editorial mocking the possibility of its existence as "GOP voter suppression efforts." What has made the Star Tribune suddenly discover the (GASP!) existence of voter fraud is that it was allegedly perpetrated by one Democrat candidate against another Democrat in a primary. Here is the Star Tribune finally acknowledging the existence of this "rare" crime but only because it involves Democrat vs Democrat:

Obama Decries ‘Bogus’ Voter Fraud Complaints
President Obama labeled complaints about voter fraud “bogus” and accused Republicans of cynically trying to prevent Americans from accessing the polls in a fiery speech Friday at a civil rights forum hosted by Al Sharpton. ✧ Obama argued that attempts in some states to impose new voter identification restrictions were actually efforts by Republicans to make “it harder, not easier to vote.” And the president said that while voter fraud should be prevented, it rarely occurred.

Fla. TV Station Exposes Voter Fraud, DOJ Sues State to Stop Purging Rolls
While the Obama Justice Department mounts a legal challenge against Florida for purging ineligible voters from its rolls, a television news station broadcasts an unbelievable segment that proves non U.S. citizens living in the Sunshine State vote regularly in elections. The investigative piece was aired this week by an NBC affiliate in southwest Florida that actually tracked down and interviewed non U.S. citizens who are registered to vote and have cast ballots in numerous elections. The segment focused on Lee County, which has a population of about 620,000 and Collier County with a population of around 322,000. The reporter spent about two months digging around the voter rolls in the two counties and the discoveries are dumbfounding.

Nothing seems real anymore, not preelection federal data on jobs or food stamps or the release of such “facts”; not foreign-policy information like an Iranian attack on a drone; not the supposedly competent federal relief in response to Hurricane Sandy. Even Saddam Hussein’s plebiscites could not achieve margins like the 19,605 to 0 we saw in 59 Philadelphia precincts. Does anyone care? Read more at The Corner... Read More......

Cast aside: Thousands of votes from our military troops uncounted or missing
According to the Naval Enlisted Reserve Association, scores of military absentee ballots cast in the 2012 Election will not be counted. U.S. Military personnel and their families are outraged: “Where the hell is this country’s moral compass?!” stated the mother of a 25 year old Marine who served in Afghanistan.
The military mail service is notoriously slow, and lawmakers have said that it could be almost two months after the election before ballots even arrive to be processed.
“We write to express concerns over another serious failure by the Department of Defense to safeguard the voting rights of our overseas military service members, which we believe could result in the imminent disenfranchisement of thousands,” stated a letter sent to Defense Department Secretary Leon Panetta by Sens. John Cornyn, R-Texas, Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H., John McCain, R-Ariz., Rob Portman, R-Ohio, and Marco Rubio, R-Fla.

Who Is Bolat Bersebayev and Why Is He Monitoring Our Elections?
Who is Bolat Bersebayev of Kazakhstan and why is he “monitoring” our polling places in Indianapolis, Indiana and Lansing Michigan? And who is Elchin Musaeyev of Azerbaijan, and why has he been tasked with monitoring the November 6 elections in Boston, Massachusetts, and Concord, New Hampshire?
Neither Kazakhstan nor Azerbaijan are notable as paragons of electoral virtue. Nor are they models of liberty, honesty, and decency. The facts show quite the opposite.
Kazakhstan is a brutal and corrupt dictatorship run by 72-year-old Nursultan Nazarbayev, a lifelong Communist who claims to have received 95.54 percent of the vote in the 2011 elections. No one believes the Kazakh election was anything other than a scripted event with a pre-set outcome. Put “Kazakhstan human rights” into your search engine and you’ll find abundant data from numerous sources confirming that efforts to exercise freedom of expression or freedom of assembly are met with baseball bats, bullets, and prison.

Too good to check. Dogs, dead, get voter reg forms
Call it a slow news weekend or just call it business as usual in politics. If this story is a spoof, it’s a fairly good one, since CBS and others picked up on it immediately.
A “non-profit group” seems to have mailed out a massive number of voter registration forms targeting likely Democratic leaning recipients. No problem so far. Nothing wrong with getting registration forms out to the public. They also took the extra step of filling in some of the information in advance. Now we’re getting a little dodgy, but if they don’t pre-fill the party registration or demographic details, it might still be OK. So… what could possibly go wrong?

Obama prepping thousands of lawyers for election
OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) -- President Barack Obama's campaign has
recruited a legion of lawyers to be on standby for this year's election as legal
disputes surrounding the voting process escalate.
Thousands of attorneys and support staffers have agreed to
aid in the effort, providing a mass of legal support that appears to be
unrivaled by Republicans or precedent. Obama's campaign says it is particularly
concerned about the implementation of new voter ID laws across the country, the
possibility of anti-fraud activists challenging legitimate voters and the
handling of voter registrations in the most competitive states.

53,000 Dead Voters Found in Florida
I have learned that Florida election officials are set to announce that the secretary of state has discovered and purged up to 53,000 dead voters from the voter rolls in Florida.
How could 53,000 dead voters have sat on the polls for so long? Simple. Because Florida hadn’t been using the best available data revealing which voters have died. Florida is now using the nationwide Social Security Death Index for determining which voters should be purged because they have died.

ACORN Whistleblower Says Obama DOJ 'Has Gone Wild'
Unless voter integrity efforts take root this year, the notion of free and fair elections could become a relic of American history, Catherine Engelbrecht warned listeners during the "True the Vote National Summit in Houston, Texas yesterday. Engelbrecht, who is the president and founder of the organization, cited specific instances throughout the country where the number of voters listed on registration rolls exceeded the actual number of eligible voters. She also said it was far too easy for non-citizens to obtain voter registration forms.
"The next few months are critical to the telling of our story," she said. "Our goal is the make the 2012 elections the freest and fairest the country has ever seen." Engelbrecht acknowledged this is a tall order. The various pressure groups opposed to photo identification requirements are very well funded and well organized. But they are not on the side of public opinion.

Butler: Voter ID is No Jim Crow — I Know
PROJECT 21/NEW VISION COMMENTARY by Charles Butler
- Having experienced the psychological pain of Jim Crow laws firsthand, I won't allow those who likely only read about Jim Crow in history books to trivialize it. ∴ That's why I'm outraged about a recent edition of TV One's "Washington Watch" in which host Roland Martin and Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) compared state-level voter identification rules to Jim Crow. ∴ To the contrary, requiring valid identification in exchange for something as sacred as a ballot is a pragmatic approach to governing.
