Representative Patrick Neville (R-Castle Rock) survived the horrific massacre at Columbine High School in 1999 and is now trying to prevent more school shootings from happening.
The young Neville has introduced a bill that would allow anyone with a concealed gun permit to carry a firearm in a public school.
