Did Encore Political Services just run the worst voter registration drive ever?

In a complaint filed this week, Democratic dark money political group Our Oregon was accused of violating election law and possibly committing a felony. --In the complaint, outlined here, Lee Vasche, Executive Director of Signature Gathering Company of Oregon (SGCO) , a firm hired to obtain signatures for the “No Fake Emergencies” ballot measure, alleges Our Oregon offered a lucrative contract to Encore Political Services LLC which induced Encore to breach it’s subcontract with SGCO. The motive, according to Mr. Vasche, was to prevent SGCO from gathering signatures necessary to get their ballot measure qualified. Our Oregon and the Oregon Democratic Party opposed the ballot measure.

Election Integrity Activists: Obamacare ' Biggest Voter Registration Fraud Scheme in History'

By Matthew Boyle - Several election integrity activists have alleged that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), or Obamacare, does not appear to have been an effort to conduct healthcare reform to fix what was described in 2009 and 2010 as a broken healthcare system. ✧ The law passed Congress with just Democratic Party support. Instead of being an honest attempt to fix America’s healthcare woes, “I think [it] is the biggest voter registration fraud scheme in the history of the world,” said Gregg Phillips, the founder of the election integrity group Voters Trust, in an interview with Breitbart News Wednesday morning. ✧ Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht of True The Vote, another election integrity group, cite as proof what left-wing organizations are saying about how they plan to use Obamacare. Demos, a left-wing organization funded by liberal billionaire George Soros, published a report earlier this year titled: “Building a Healthy Democracy: Registering 68 Million People to Vote Through Health Benefit Exchanges.”(PDF)

Justice Department Failure: Suit Filed Over DOJ Refusal to Clean Up Voter Rolls

Two Mississippi counties have more eligible voters than residents.The American Civil Rights Union wants local election officials to clean up voter rolls in Mississippi. Last Friday, the group filed suit against two counties that have more registered voters than the Census says they have voting-eligible citizens.   The ACRU is stepping into the breach left by the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Justice Department. Under Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez (now nominated to head the U.S. Department of Labor), the division has refused to enforce Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act, also known as the Motor Voter law. Section 8 requires states to remove ineligible voters from their registration lists.
