Post & Email: Will Obama Be Vetted for Eligibility in 2012?
On September 2nd, The Post & Email published a letter by Jim Black to Roseanne Catalano, Director of the Division of Elections in Tallahassee, Florida citing case law and eight points of evidence (A-H) for the state to consider before issuing eligibility for Barack Obama's name to be placed on the 2012 Florida ballot for the office of president. The letter is interesting in that it serves as a collection of data on heretofore stand alone challenges and evidence formerly presented regarding Obama's "natural born" status as required by the U.S. Constitution. Hawaii Declares Obama Birth Certificate Real, Again
NEWSMAX, 7/27/2009 - (AP) HONOLULU -- State officials again are confirming that President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii. ∴ Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Monday she has seen the original birth records that verify Obama was born in Hawaii and is a "natural-born American citizen." ∴ Fukino made the announcement in hopes of ending any lingering rumors about Obama's citizenship. She issued a similar press release Oct. 31. ∴ State law bars release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who does not have a tangible interest. ∴ Some Obama critics claim he is ineligible to be president, arguing he was not born in the U.S., as the Constitution requires. They have challenged his citizenship in court.
