Positive environmental quality trends in the United States

Todd Wynn, formerly of the Cascade Policy Institute (Oregon), is on the staff of American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) in Washington D.C. serving as Policy Director of Energy, Environment and Agriculture Task Force.
