U.S. Rep. Kurt Schrader, D-Canby, thinks Oregon’s botched healthcare exchange rollout means the state qualifies for a waiver from the Affordable Care Act’s March 31 enrollment deadline.
“I think that I would say to the President of the United States, ‘Make my day,’ ” Schrader said during an editorial board meeting with the Statesman Journal.
