ners of two Corvallis businesses are hurrying to move out of a pair of warehouses on Seventh Street by July 23, a deadline set by the city due to zoning and building code violations.
Equine Exchange co-owner Barbara Leech is relocating her consignment tack store from 535 N.W. Seventh St. to a building in downtown Albany. The Beaver Cab Co.’s mechanic shop also is moving to a Linn County location.
Meanwhile, the long-time owner of the property on Seventh Street is wondering what to do with land that is zoned residential but is flanked by railroad tracks and commercial buildings.
